This page explains how to request deletion of your Reenite account and the personal data associated with it. Reenite provides workspace and meeting-room booking, memberships, and related services.
How to request account deletion
You can request deletion of your Reenite account in either of these ways:
- By email: send a message from your registered email address to hello@reenite.com with the subject line "Delete my account".
- In the app: open Reenite → Support, and send us a message requesting that your account be deleted.
We verify the request comes from the account owner, then permanently delete the account. Requests are normally completed within 30 days.
What data is deleted
When your account is deleted, we remove the personal data linked to it, including:
- Your profile information — name, email, phone number, address, and profile picture
- Your saved payout/bank details
- Your reviews, referrals, favourites, and support messages
- Your push-notification device tokens and login session
What data may be retained
For legal, accounting, tax, and fraud-prevention reasons, we may retain a limited set of records after account deletion, such as:

These records are kept only as long as required by law, after which they are deleted or anonymised.
