This Privacy Policy explains how Reenite ("Reenite", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use the Reenite website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Reenite provides workspace and meeting-room booking, memberships, and related services.

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy. We process personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 (NDPA) and other applicable data-protection laws.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Paystack. Your card or bank details are entered with and handled by Paystack — Reenite does not store full card numbers. We retain transaction references and payment status to manage your bookings and receipts.

c. Information collected automatically

Biometric login: If you enable fingerprint or face unlock, the biometric check is performed entirely by your device's operating system. Reenite never receives, transmits, or stores your fingerprint or face data. We only store your login token in your device's secure storage, released after a successful biometric prompt.

d. Location

Reenite does not track your GPS location. Where you use QR check-in, we record the workspace location associated with the scanned code and your booking — not your device's physical coordinates.

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). We do not sell your personal data, and you can request deletion at any time (see "Account & Data Deletion" below). Biometric data is never collected — see the note above.

We keep your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing hello@reenite.com from your registered email address, or through the in-app support option. We will delete your data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain records (e.g. transaction history) by law.

We use technical and organisational measures — including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and review our practices regularly.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us so we can remove it.

10. International Transfers

Some of our service providers (e.g. Google/Firebase, Paystack) may process data outside your country. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your data remains protected in accordance with applicable law.
